Are these prices the price I actually pay?
Yes. Every price on this page includes GST and is the amount the online checkout takes. There is no $49 call-out fee when you book here — it is waived for online bookings.
Why is the call-out fee waived online?
Phone bookings carry a $49 call-out fee. Book the same job on this site and that fee is waived, so the price you see is the price you pay.
What if my job is not on the list?
Then it gets a fixed quote after a visit. Tell us what needs doing — photos help — and we come back to you with a price rather than a guess.
Is there a minimum charge?
Each service lists what its minimum visit covers. Where a job runs past that, the extra is charged at the unit rate shown against the service.
