Surfaces in Prospect

Housing in Prospect is character bungalows and villas under the suburb's signature street trees, with active young-family renovation. Flat with a slight northward fall, drainage generally manageable with good surface design. The ground beneath is red-brown clay loam, moderately reactive, workable most of the year, and the suburb sits inside the City of Prospect area. Local reference points include Prospect Road and Prospect Oval. For pressure washing, that mix is what decides how a job is scoped, which is why the block is looked at before anything is quoted.
