Wardrobes, desks and beds in Glenelg

Housing in Glenelg is a dense mix of original bungalows, 1960s–80s unit sites and high-end coastal rebuilds. Flat, low-lying, with a high seasonal water table closer to the Patawalonga. The ground beneath is deep coastal sands over old dune profiles, free-draining but poor at holding compaction, and the suburb sits inside the City of Holdfast Bay area. Local reference points include Jetty Road, Moseley Square and the Patawalonga. For flat-pack assembly, that mix is what decides how a job is scoped, which is why the block is looked at before anything is quoted.
