Straight answers
Is this licensed plumbing work?
Tap servicing and cistern internals are maintenance work. Anything past the wall — burst pipes, new runs, hot water units — needs a licensed plumber, and we'll say so on the spot.
Can you fit tapware I've bought?
Yes — the fitting price covers standard basin, sink and laundry tapware you supply.
What if the tap can't be saved?
We'll tell you before touching it, and the service fee comes off the replacement job.
