Straight answers
Can you find a leak that only shows up in heavy rain?
Usually, yes — the entry point leaves evidence (staining, moss, displaced bedding) even when it's dry. If a leak needs water testing, we hose-test sections until it shows itself.
Do you do full re-roofs?
No — we're the repair crew. If the roof is beyond spot repairs we'll tell you straight and hand you photos to take to a re-roofing contractor.
Tile and Colorbond?
Both. Tile re-bedding and pointing, Colorbond screw and washer replacement, and flashing work on either.
