Prospect mixes renovated interwar bungalows with newer townhouses on subdivided blocks, and the maintenance list differs between them. The bungalows need gutters, gates and plaster looked after; the townhouses need the small fixes that new builds always throw up in their first years.

New townhouses often share driveways, fences and drainage under a community title. Repairs to shared items need the agreement of the other owners or the corporation, so tell us what's shared when you book and we'll quote it accordingly.
Inside, the common requests are gyprock damage from moving furniture, dripping mixers, flat-pack for new rooms and an hour or two of odd jobs. Each has a published price or an hourly rate before you commit.
